Just 10 minutes or so to register and get settled before class. Registration Forms are available online, or you can fill it out at the studio.
Do I need to pre-register?
Yes, Its always a good idea to pre register for classes. Funky Friday, and beginner classes get quite full.
Do you have to be flexilble to do yoga?
No,no flexibility required! Yoga is a perfect exercise for you. If you have an injury please let our instructor know, so we can help you modify.
Is the yoga room air conditioned for Zumba classes?
Absolutely, We like to keep the room COOL for Zumba and Hoopfit!
Is yoga just stretching?
That depends on the class that you attend. Our classes will give you a good stretch; however our vinyasa classes are a “workout”. Try it for yourself and see what you think!
Yoga builds heat. You will sweat during our classes. Please wear layers so as not to be uncomfortable. We have towels and water!
What Do I need?
Nothing really, just yourself. we have mats for purchase or to borrow. although if you have your own, please bring it.Bottled water is available for purchase, and towels are available.
What do I wear?
Something comfortable that you can move in. No shoes or socks necessary. Semi-fitted tops for women(So your shirt doesn't come up over your head)
What type of yoga is right for me?
There are many different types of yoga and teaching styles. They range from very restorative, gentle and slow to quite vigorous and challenging. Try different classes and teachers to find the approach that suits you best! Feel free to call or e-mail us with questions on classes!
